Hỏi về lỗi IBM Server x3500

Tình hình là em cũng chả biết gì về máy chủ cả. Nay bị vứt cho con IBM x3500 để khắc phục lỗi. Khi em khởi động lên thì nó hiện ra như sau:

Sau khi ấn phím bất kỳ thì hiển thị như sau:

Controller #00: IBM ServeRAID 8k-l at PCI slot:00, Bus:03, Dev:00, Func:00
Controller Monitor Initilizing...
Fatal Error: Controller monitor failed. Controller not started.

Sau khi ấn phím bất kỳ thì lại hiển thị như sau:

BIOS not installed!

Rồi:

Controller Kernel stopped Running

Rồi khởi động lại, sau khi khởi động lại thì lại trở lại từ đâuf như trên.
Bác nào biết thì giải thích lỗi và hướng dẫn chi tiết cách khắc phục giúp em với ạ.

Như thông báo thì Controller Raid của bạn có thể đã bị hư, chắc bạn phải mang đi cho IBM nó kiểm tra thôi ^_^.
